This discard deck works a little differently, because it can win on turn 4. There are many combinations of Liliana's Caress, Waste Not, Dark Deal, Burning Inquiry and Reforge the Soul that will produce a T4 win.

Most discard decks run out of steam or depend on The Rack or Shrieking Affliction once their opponents empty their hand. This one keeps doling out punishment by forcing them to draw/discard with Burning Inquiry . You also have the option to wreck their whole hand and deal tons of damage (or get a lot of free zombies!) for 2 mana with a miracled Reforge the Soul (which has the added value of filling their hand back up for your discarding pleasure). Alternatively you can use Dark Deal for the damage role, which leaves them with -1 card and closer to Shrieking Affliction damage range..

Raven's Crime works excellently with your self-mill. Sometimes you'll draw 7 cards and end up with 4 land - with Raven in your graveyard, just force the opponent to discard!

Just can't get them to keep cards in their hand? Drop Shrieking Affliction to limit their options.

Darkness keeps you alive if there's just too many threats for Dismember and Terminate to deal with.

Blightning becomes doubly powerful with Waste Not or Liliana's Caress on the field. With both, it's ridiculous.

Sideboard suggestions or deck tweaks appreciated! I'm not using The Rack or Liliana of the Veil because I'm trying to keep costs down. Same with expensive lands.
