Taborax seems to be very, very good for Shadowborn Apostles. While he loses out on the access to Edgewalker (which the used of K'rrick is meant to somewhat imitate) and the commander based recursion Athreos supplies, he makes up with being a powerful sources of card draw for a deck that wants to be sacrificing a lot of Clerics.

Our aim is to cast a lot of Apostles and sac them for big beefy demons with value. We can either out smash face with our big boys or use their tutor/draw effects to search out more reliable win-cons. Thrumming Stone + Aetherflux Reservoir + an Apostle earns us a lot of life, as Ripple effects count as casting spells. We then can blast people with the life we've gained. This also can get us a decent storm count- use it for Tendrils of Agony.

A similar win is through Thrumming Stone and Bontu's Monument, which can drain opponents life incredibly efficiently. Not enough to kill, but leaving us with a high life total and opponents at a more manageable level.

And finally, we have the classic Liliana's Contract, to potentially just get an instant win at our upkeep (very useful fact- Apostles can be sacked at instant speed).
