This is a control/spellslinging deck based off of an EDHrec article:

I have made some slight changes, but the core premise of the deck remains the same. We want to reliably be able to attack with Taigam, Ojutai Master and Rebound our removal and draw spells. Our primary win conditions consist of:

• Dragons! Dragonlord Ojutai and Steel Hellkite are powerful, evasive threats that can continue to grant us card advantage. Oh, and because of Taigam they can't be countered!

• Tokens! Metallurgic Summonings gives us a bunch of token creatures, and worst case scenario can return all the spells in our graveyard to our hand to grant us all their advantage again! Monastery Mentor and Docent of Perfection   can create a small army very quickly with for us, what with the number of spells we can cast each turn.

• Lands!...? Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper can turn any of our lands into viable threats, but animating Darksteel Citadel , Cascading Cataracts or Inkmoth Nexus can provide us with dangerous and difficult-to-answer threats.
