Good day! I am submitting this deck for diagnosis as I would like to tune it to be a bit more competitive. I feel like the deck suffers so much from not having its commander out and while I agree the weakness of the deck is inherently there, I would like to ask better win cons if possible as well. I also feel that the deck doesn't interact so well, aside from counterspells. Budget is still considered as I do not have that much for the fetchland package as well as the fast mana.

Taigam, Ojutai Master I built is very straightforward and goes for the infinite turns wincon through rebounding effect on an extra turn spell and 2 "spell retrieval from graveyard" spells. Plan B tries for the isochron, dramatic scepter with aetherflux reservoir or sensei's top to draw out the deck and win via plan A . It tries to use a lot of cant trips to double its effects and eventually search for combo pieces and compensate for the seeming "lack" of lands as well as to filter for them and not miss land drops.
