midrange abzan deck looking to play creatures that draw to replace themselves and cheat them back with effects like Unearth.
Deck Tech:
The Goon Squad:
We have a lot of units that are all pretty much going to the same goal, good bang for our buck and often replaces itself. Inspiring Overseer, Militia Bugler, and Llanowar Visionary are all examples of our goons that draw while Jewel Thief gives us a treasure token.
Recursion:
Since all of our goons cost 3 mana, we can cheat them back into play on the cheap after our opponent rudely removes them with Unearth and Recommission. Notably, Breathless Knight really loves all our gy fun and can get pretty out of hand with a 10 health swing every time a 5/5 flying lifelink bonks ur opponent.
Interaction:
No midrange deck is complete without a little bit of mana-efficient interaction. To make sure our goons stay safe and to get extra etb triggers we have the always busted Ephemerate. To screw up our opponents fun we have Savage Swipe(pretty much the entire deck has 2 power) and Mage Duel to use our efficient goons as removal.
And thats pretty much it. Deck is pretty simple to pilot: play goons, bring back goons, beat face(or creatures) with said goons.
