Introduction

Do you enjoy being hated by all of your friends? Are you having a tough time with forking out cash? Do you love the look of surprise on your opponent's face?

Deck Tech

Early Game

Try to either play a Jace's Sanctum or start ticking up a Mage-Ring Network as soon as possible. Prism Ring and engulf the shores are your best friends verses aggro. It's very rare to lose in an aggro match up when you have a full set of Prism Rings in play; Remember this.

Set Up

Cast your cantrips and spells without remorse to fill up the graveyard. You'll want to dig for a Part the Waterveil because it's a key combo piece. Secondly, you'll want as many Geistblasts in your graveyard as possible, They aren't useful sitting in your hand.

*Prior to combo, attempt to tap or bounce opponent's creatures on their end step with either Grip of the Roil or Engulf the Shore.

Combo

9 Mana

Requirements: Part the Waterveil, Rise from the Tides, Geistblast in graveyard, Instants/Sorceries in graveyard equal to half of opponent's life total. *A second Geistblast reduces the required number of spells in your graveyard.

Instructions:

Cast Part the Waterveil

Before it resolves, exile Geistblast to copy Part the Waterveil.

Let them both resolve and end the turn.

Cast Rise from the Tides (If you have an extra Geistblast in your graveyard, use it now to copy Rise from the Tides)

End the turn again.

Attack with your army of troll zombies for lethal.

12 Mana

Requirements: Part the Waterveil, Geistblast in graveyard

Instructions:

Cast Part the Waterveil with Awaken to make a 6/6 land.

Before it resolves, exile Geistblast to copy Part the Waterveil. The Awaken ability will also be copied.

End the turn.

Attack for 12 Damage with your land/s

End the turn.

Attack for 12 Damage with your land/s for lethal.
