As you can guess, I built this mono-blue deck around Simic Manipulator. (weird right?)

Combos in this deck:

I use things like Downsize and Agoraphobia lower their power so its much easier to take their stuff with Simic Manipulator but also using the to save yourself some life while waiting for a-lot of the combos in this deck.

Triton Tactics + Deepwater Hypnotist, Simic Manipulator, or Daring Thief for lowering power and triggering the inspired. You can probably guess how to do all of this :)

Bident of Thassa is splashed in their for when you get a bunch of creatures, either from taking them or from the unblockable, flying, or crap tons of tokens from Master of Waves this is a good card draw option for this deck. Along with Aqueous Form it will eliminate a-lot of the dead draw later in a game.

With Daring Thief i would only trade out tokens from Master of Waves as everything else is pretty important, or if you cant take control of something with Simic Manipulator, take something else and trade it using Daring Thief. (the tokens die on thier side so its like sacking a creature for a better one!)

Sideboard:

Judge's familiars are definitely not in there because i have the foil promos or anything... but really they are great against those control decks. Same thing goes for Mizzium Skin to protect your guys!

Vortex Elemental is definitely important if the opponent runs things that get exponentially big that you just can't take control with Simic Manipulator.

Retraction Helix is good against planeswalkers.
