Talrand, almost One creature, but the Elite Arcanist is in there so that I can have a constant counter or a free Polymorphist's Jest (hehe ;-) How horrible would that be?

With my enchantments and the artifacts, my instants and sorceries will be -3 Colorless to cost so while the Average CMC is 3.00, it is actually lower than that if you get either of the three things down, and Caged Sun or Gauntlet of Power come out as blue, since my mana will tap for 2, or 3, Blue mana each time which would be incredible.

Proliferate Tamiyo whenever possible, and don't worry about tapping your own drakes as you'll have enough to cover. Get the ultimate for her and feel free to toy with everyone.

Plenty of board wipes, but keep us safe unless we accidentally name blue as the color to be wiped.
