I'm one budgety bastardy and this is my shitty budget deck. Look at that marvelous land base.

High level tech includes leaving open mana and acting like you're thinking about counterspelling, regardless of what's in your hand. Also, casting a kicked Rite of Replication on... well anything and winning the game. Also, Cyclonic Rifting and slapping Runechanter's Pike on Talrand
