Finally whittled my Talrand, Sky Summoner list down to 100. The goal is simple: control the board with counterspells and bounce spells, gain card advantage with draw effects, and play lots of permanents that generate value from this along the way. The final cuts are in the maybeboard. Would love to hear any strong opinions about something that was cut versus something that remained if anyone wants to take the time to mull this list over.
