Built this deck as a challenge to myself to construct something playable out of unused cards I had laying around. The last deck I built, using Olivia Voldaren, was also made like this. I regret never taking the time to upload the original deck list for her so now I feel obligated to post this one for posterity.

I'm a bit leery of using a mono-blue EDH deck since it paints a big target on me regardless of the commander... people don't like their big creatures being countered! :P

Not sure if I'm going to keep this or upgrade it or what... let me know what you think of it!

Edit 1/6/15: Bought a ton of cards for this since I liked how it played. A bit more expensive but still very "budget".

Edit 7/2/16: Retired. Mono blue relying on buffed 2/2 tokens for damage is boring.
