The basis of it was Talrand, and Cantrips. A plethora of 2/2 flying drakes to chump block anything, while I keep drawing more cantrips. After some thought I included a fair number of counters. The general idea was to sit there, never taking any damage, until everyone except one other person has fallen, then swinging for game. Only counter things that affect my lifetotal, field, or have an auto-win condition. Drakes to take care of attacks. Most unblockables don't have flying, so Stormtide Leviathan went in. Fog bank was a must. I added Beguiler of Wills because I usually have lots and lots of drakes. Champion's helm went in because sometimes I need to save counterspells for later and I need Talrand to be out at all times. Then I got Tamiyo, and it got better. I added a bit more draw power, switched out some cantrips for very low-cost mill and Stolen Goods('cause I like Stolen Goods, and EDH is usually a good draw for it.)Then I got omnescience, added some more low-cost draw, and it got even better. I can now, in theory, even without Tamiyo, create an undefined number of drakes. With Tamiyo, I can kill anyone and everyone in a single turn.Until late game it's an astoundingly introverted, noninterferance policy deck, but it's worked so far.
