I love your deck. +1 from me. I specifically like how it has such a low avg CMC. I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to give my Talrand deck Tisk Tisk Talrand some feedback.

Great looking list but where's the Retraced Image? It is one mana blue island ramp and it cantrips for a token!

I use merfolk in Modern and I've had a copy of Talrand, Sky Summoner for so long, but I've never done anything with him. I think I'm going to build a commander deck like this around him.

Have you considered Cultural Exchange? I think it could work as side board.

Not sure if in this deck's long revision history this has ever come up, but how about Quiet Contemplation? It's not total removal, but it pretty much gives all of your spells the kicker effect of 'single-target' Sleep for .

I hope you realize that Kindred Discovery kills you as soon as you cast an instant or sorcery. you will name drake and that card will mill you to death and you have no way in this deck to stop it, because its not a may ability, you MUST draw a card. I run it in my Locust god deck, but I also run Stifle in my deck which you can cast as the last draw trigger goes on the stack, then you can counter that to not die. But since you don't have it, you will die from this, so I'll recommend the stifle card to you or you ca replace Kindred Discovery

lol, disregard my last comment, I'm not sure what I was thinking, that card is actually really good here because, you draw a card when ever you cast a spell, just be careful.

Should get mystic sanctuary. Get the foils whole they're still reasonable.
