Relies on Talrand, Sky Summoner to brew up an army of drakes.

Uses Unsummon/Vapor Snag to delay any offenses.

Goblin Electromancer lowers the cost of your spells, more easily letting you draw (and so, find Beacon of Tomorrows faster).

Essence Scatter essential threats, especially if they have "Enters the Battlefield"-effects. Otherwise bounce it and counter it the next turn.

Rite of Replication can easily target Goblin Electromancer , but if Mirror Gallery is in play, Talrand becomes a priority target; doubling or quintupling your Drake generation.

You may want to hold off Gravitational Shift if the enemy utilizes a lot of flying threats, otherwise weaken their non-flying creatures.

Beacon of Tomorrows lets you hold your ground in the later stages of the game. Having enough Goblin Electromancer s will lower the cost to something very manageable and with enough draw, will probably net you a few turns very quickly.
