This is a first draft of a competitive, infinite turns fast-combo deck using Flash + Protean Hulk to get the win combo out. Suggestions and comments are welcome!

Use all the turns to search for Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or and win by drawing from an empty library. Alternatively, use your mana with Walking Ballista to kill possible threads and all opponents.

To assemble the Hulk pile after you have cast Flash , you search for:

The exact -mana creature combination in the deck is not set in stone. You can even use -creatures, if you wish to do so. If an -creatures dies on ETB, it does not matter, you only need the Ezuri, Claw of Progress -trigger on the stack.

Having any of the -mana creatures on your hand does not interfere with your combo, but be careful if you have Dryad Arbor in your hand. In that particular case you must be able to play it afterwards, so be careful not to waste your land-drop for that turn if it happens.

If you happen to have Sage of Hours in your hand while casting Flash , you can opt to use the two free mana slots for mana dorks, like Llanowar Elves or Birds of Paradise or a utility creature like Riftsweeper . Then you need two additional mana to manually cast Sage of Hours .

When all creatures enter the battlefield simultaneously, Ezuri, Claw of Progress 's first ability triggers once for each other creature in the pile (see the Ruling Questions below). In the best case, you get five copies on the stack yielding five experience counters. If not, cast any remaining -mana creatures from your hand to get the fifth counter, if you still miss one. It is crucial to get five experience counters. If you happen to have free mana and a mana creature in your hand, but one of the -mana creatures is in the grave or otherwise missing, cast that mana dork afterwards to get your counters.

These five experience counters keep your combo with Ezuri, Claw of Progress + Sage of Hours running. They will be used during the begin of each combat, where Ezuri, Claw of Progress 's second ability triggers and puts five +1/+1 counters on Sage of Hours . Remove the counters from Sage of Hours during your second main phase to take an extra turn. Rinse and repeat that last step during each extra turn.

Ruling questions

Does Ezuri's first ability see the other creatures entering the battlefield at the same time? Yes, it does. Look out for the "(including the newcomers)" phrase in the Comprehensive rules.

Rule 603.6a states:

Enters-the-battlefield abilities trigger when a permanent enters the battlefield.
These are written, “When [this object] enters the battlefield, ...“
or “Whenever a [type] enters the battlefield, ...”
Each time an event puts one or more permanents onto the battlefield,
all permanents on the battlefield (including the newcomers) are checked
for any enters-the-battlefield triggers that match the event.
