Intro:

Lets get one thing right, I LOVE CYCLING!!! <3

Commanders:

Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix is the main commander in this deck and is necessary for your win condition. You could play an entire game with summoning Ravos, Soultender, however he can be very useful for pulling cycling creatures from your GY to cycle again.

Winning:

The main way to win with this deck is to get infinite mana and use that mana to cycle/mill your whole deck and play Laboratory Maniac. There is always the option of a full attack with a ton of cycling creatures if they are in the GY and you play Herald of the Forgotten, but that is less likely to result in a win, although it is much more fun.

Mana

This deck has an avg. number of lands (34), with about a third of them having a cycling ability. In addition to this, the deck has 6 mana rocks and cards that help you play additional lands (Burgeoning & Exploration). Because cycling lands is such a large part of the deck, Crucible of Worlds is included to allow you play those lands you have cycling later on if necessary.

Inf. Mana:

Getting Inf. mana requires Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix and one of three other cards listed below. For the infinite mana combo to occur, you need to have Kydele on the field along with one of the three combo cards and you must have drawn equal to or greater than a specific amount of cards. The three cards and the number of cards required for the combo are as follows:

Staff of Domination and drawn 5 or more.

Sword of the Paruns and drawn 4 or more.

Umbral Mantle and drawn 4 or more.

GettingComboPieces:

The best way to get your combo pieces are going to be your tutors. Your other option for getting your combo pieces is pure card draw, of which there is a lot. Along with your abundance of cycling there are 11 other cards that focus on drawing. In tandem with your cycling ability, the card Teferi's Ageless Insight is particularly good.

Cycling:

This is first and foremost a cycling deck. This means Fluctuator is going to be a game changer if you can get it out. It is not necessary for winning, but extremely fun and helpful. Most of the decks cards have cycling as an ability and this will help you draw in order to get your inf. mana combo as well as just search for the combo pieces themselves. In addition, you have 4 cards that benefit based on cards cycled: Drake Haven, Herald of the Forgotten, Ruthless Sniper, & Snare Tactician. Lastly, you have 3 cards which will allow you to get cards that have been cycled back to your hand: Your commander Ravos, Soultender, as well as Shadow of the Grave & Sacred Excavation.

Control:

Most if not all the control cards in this deck have the cycling ability so if they are not useful feel free to cycle them away. They are set up into three categories, "Board control", "Counter" and "Protect". As the names suggest, "Board control" cards help to control the board i.e., destroy and remove permanents your opponents have out, "Counter" cards can help counter spells your opponents cast, and "Protect" spells help you protect permanents you have out.
