Maybeboard

Nice little control deck that gets rid of enemy creatures with ease. Tap your creatures, unap them, then tap them again, and watch with satisfaction as your opponent's side of the field gets obliterated, all in one turn.

This deck focuses on tapping abilities. You've got 4 Royal Assassins that work well together with Kor Line-Slinger s and Gideon's Lawkeepers. Deathbringer Liege does the same thing, but on his own, while boosting the strength of your other creatures. I threw in a couple Geth's Verdicts to mop up any hexproof creatures. You've also got plenty of Oblivion Rings to deal with pesky planeswalkers, or enchantments.

Then to keep you from being defenceless I've got a couple To Arms! and Roar of the Kha , whether you want to have your creatures available to block, or if you just want to be a pest and use their abilities again. Masako the Humorless works really well here too.

Then for one mana, I've got Typhoid Rats and Loyal Sentry to keep the enemy on their toes.

As for kill cards I've got a couple Divinity of Prides, a Voracious Hatchling , and a Phyrexian Obliterator to top it off because he's so damn cool, and pretty easy to get out.

Wrap it all up and it makes for a pretty tight deck in my books, but then again I'm no pro. I'd love to hear any suggestions you guys have!

So I've played a couple matches with it now, and am very happy with the deck's performance. I went up against a zombie deck and a boros deck, and beat them both. In the zombie game I won both rounds, with Divinity of Pride delivering the final blow both times. In the Boros game I won the first match by just overwhelming him. I got the Royal Assassin and Gideon's Lawkeeper combo going to clear his side, then played Roar of the Kha with the entwine cost to untap all my creatures and give them +1/+1 which was enough for the win. I lost the second match to two Mirran Crusaders with Lightning Bolts raining down on my Royal Assassins. I then took the third match mainly due to my Phyrexian Obliterator which I kept attacking with and then untapping to use for defense. I've made some changes now though that I think will improve the deck even further. I swapped out a Royal Assassin for a Gideon Jura, and then to balance the mana curve, I replace Voracious Hatchling with Gideon's Avenger which I think will work better with this deck anyways. I also tweaked the mana a bit to come out better and faster. I have yet to try it out in a match, but after some playtesting and hand draws it's looking more solid than ever imo. Tell me what you think, and +1 if you like.
