A tap/counter deck . The Counter engine when it gets going can quickly snowball and creatures can get added benefit via those counters. There a few cards that can also untap all creatures on Attack. If these get in Derevi can be used to untap other permanents such as lands which can allow more creatures to be put into play. The deck can have a slow start but if you can manage the early game can grow tremendously in power and utility.
