The primary plan of attack is to take advantage of the infinite mana combo with Grand Architect + Pili-Pala . Pay 1 blue per turn for all the mana you need. With unlimited mana Mystic Speculation will find your kill shot, Viridian Longbow. When you have Serum Visions you can even draw it that turn. In a pinch, use Mikokoro, Center of the Sea.

Paradise Mantle + Puresight Merrow combine for a hardcore scry (exile the card instead of putting it on the bottom of your library) as many times as you want. Laboratory Maniac pairs nicely with the ability to exile your whole deck.

If stuck waiting for combos there are counterspells for prevention, transmute to find combo pieces, and the scry rips through your library to see more of your deck faster.
