This is a +1/+1 counter themed deck based around abusing Reyhan, Last of the Abzan's ability to keep counters on the field. It is not intended to be competitive, but rather a fun deck that I can sit down with and muck around with a stack of dice while politics occurs around me. Saying that, some of the threats in this deck grow exponentially, so it's entirely possible to throw out a surprise lethal on a few players with cards like Abzan Falconer and Elite Scaleguard.
