It's a bird! It's a plane! It's... another F***ING COMBO DECK. Herp derp, learn to play Magic, scrub.

Seriously though, I love this deck. It is a pretty "Go big, or go home." sort of deck. And I'm going to go ahead and break it down for you. The best way for me to explain this deck, is to explain the ending board state, and then focus on how we get there. Are you ready? Let's go ahead and Delve into Tasigur's unstoppable board state!

This board state should only be existent if you just want to durdle around and you don't want to end it. You can usually get away with this if everyone else at the table doesn't just scoop, and you get to dictate the action. Permanents you have on board would be Leyline of Anticipation , Abundance , Necropotence , Counterbalance Seedborn Muse , Jace Beleren , Laboratory Maniac , Prismatic Omen , Panharmonicon , Venser's Journal , Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron , and finally the Clones, Sculpting Steel + Copy Artifact + Clever Impersonator + Phyrexian Metamorph all as a copy of Panharmonicon . You can use this to fill your hand with all the lands that are in your graveyard from Tasigur, the God-King , by using Eternal Witness and Venser, Shaper Savant . Venser, Shaper Savant can also be used to pick up all your mana rocks, and any other extraneous permanents that don't need to be out anymore. With literally every card from your deck in your hand at this point, you can use Scroll Rack to put a card with a CMC of on top of your library, so that if someone tries to resolve a Krosan Grip , you will still be able to stop it. Generally for this trash card, I like to put Harrow there, since I won't be needing it. You won't have to draw due to the replacement effect of Abundance (Just name Land) and/or Necropotence . Now if you need to instant speed end the game, you will have to flash in Mulldrifter . But with your Capsize , hand full of counter magics, and the ability to recycle everything you use, you can feel free to just cast Tempt with Discovery and +1 Party Jace over and over again, using Venser, Shaper Savant to keep resetting him. Now you could deck your opponents doing this, but the point of this board state is to dictate how the rest of the game goes. You already came in first, everyone else is playing for second. Now generally I will sit back and not interfere with anything unless it is coming straight at me, but with a fairly untouchable board state and the ability to wag and win counter wars, not much should scare you. I like to give everybody lands and draws just to see what they can do with it. I counter most board wipes unless I deem it worth. I have had players just ask me if they can play [insert spell here] for everything. And don't worry about someone trying to whittle down your life, because you can use the Venser, Shaper Savant to bounce all your clones to your hand at the end of the turn before you, and then play them all out as a copy of Venser's Journal , then switch them back on your next Main Phase. And there you go. You have a well sustained board state that you can use toy with your playgroup before you decide to just end the game. Now maybe you aren't into playing with your food. That's fine. Just go for the Laboratory Maniac or Capsize win as soon as you have it available.
Using the Tutor and Ramp packages listed above, you should go for as much mana as you can get out, and a few combo pieces. Use your ramp spells to get your colors fixed, and try to get your Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth . Once you have those pieces, and you can get Palinchron and Phyrexian Metamorph . Feel free to pay the with your life, since that will just come back eventually. use the meteamorph to clone the Palinchron , to start an infinite, or at least, near infinite chain of land untapping. If you have Panharmonicon out it is guaranteed. Cast your Golden Boi , start that self mill, and watch as your dreams become reality. Use Cyclonic Rift and counter magics as necessary to get a bit of pressure off of you.
To open the game, you want a hand with plenty of land, ramp, and tutors. You want to spend the early game just playing it slow. Don't attract attention to yourself. If you find yourself under pressure, use your clones to copy useful pieces of protection from everyone else's board.
