A derpy storm deck meant to model Prosperous Bloom and Turbo-land style Oath decks from days long gone.

PUBLIC SALT ANNOUNCEMENT: This may be a storm deck and does have competitive cards and combos, but it is still slightly watered down. For example, I'm not running:

-Ad Nauseam

-Necropotence

-Doomsday

-Laboratory Maniac

If I want to play the most powerful cards in a storm archetype, I already have Grixis Storm, wit' mah' side bitch Jeleva.

Goal of the deck is typical storm fun, ramp up a bunch, draw a million cards, and cast Mind's Desire or NEW SHIT Seasons Past to induce the derpy scoops.

Best combo in the deck is Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top + Helm of Awakening. Just remember to announce that you have assembled a contraption in order to maximize the PJSalt from your opponents.

Oath of Druids is not here to get giant fatties like Blightsteel Colossus. Rather it's meant to mill gas into the yard and get value out of the four creatures we have.

If you hit Azusa, Lost but Seeking, you can go ham with your land drops. Obviously insane with Crucible of Worlds or High Tide when you're trying to go off. If you milled a Life from the Loam after Oath'ing you can then dredge it back during your draw step for oh so much value.

Oath'ing into Snapcaster Mage or Eternal Witness is pretty self explanatory. Recur that value son.

And getting Notion Thief is obviously great and salt inducing. Then just find a wheel.

The main kill card is Tendrils of Agony , but the deck can also take infinite turns with Time Warp plus Seasons Past. If Tendrils gets exiled from grave hate you can use Tezzeret the Seeker to kill after taking those extra turns.

Tasigur in the command zone is largely irrelevant, but you can potentially go infinite with him, Seasons Past and Turnabout plus a Scroll Rack or tutor. This will allow you to get infinite mana and recur every non-land card in your deck. You can then use Reality Shift in conjunction with Beast Within to exile all of your opponents' permanents and libraries. Decent.
