This deck is built to take advantage of the fact that opponents must select a non-land card to return from your graveyard with Tasigur's ability. Because Tasigur lets us delve away any unwanted nonland cards, it essentially gets rid of whatever choice opponents would have most of the time.

This deck functions largely as a lands matter deck in the early to mid game, utilizing dredge to fill the graveyard and Tasigur's ability to essentially tutor for the many cards that take advantage of all these lands, such as The Gitrog Monster, Titania, Protector of Argoth, Tatyova, Benthic Druid, and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen. In the late game, all of these lands can be used to generate massive amounts to mana thanks to Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in combination with either Cabal Coffers or Crypt Ghast as well as Doubling Cube. Vesuva and Mirage Mirror will allow for multiple copies of Cabal Coffers to be used at once. All this mana lets us abuse huge x spells and broken activated abilities such Villainous Wealth, Exsanguinate, Oona, Queen of the Fae, and The Scarab God. Dark Depths additionally serves as a mana sink if all else fails.
