When I considered Tasigur the Golden fang as a commander I had one card come to mind, Villainous Wealth. Although that isn't unique in any way (more or less the cards feel like they were made for each other) I feel the spin I am putting on it is going to set it apart enough and fill a hole in my repertoire.

Way I see it is that a Control Elf structure will allow me to ensure that I can cast Villainous Wealth for 10+ mana in X every time I attempt it. Luckily the spell isn't too color hungry so mass green production is safe (also gels with Tasigur's activated ability). Otherwise if Villainous Wealth is a no go, Elvish overrun is an ulterior wincon. Key Elves for this are Joraga Warcaller and Ezuri.

This deck has a touch of untap triggers as it wants to get infinite mana for untold Tasigur goodtimes (namely involving milling yourself, getting all nonland cards to hand as opponents will eventually have no choice, and casting Morality Shift to get all lands back into your library). To that extent Staff of Domination and Paradox Engine are to be considered game enders if the mana dork love has been present, basically allowing the opponent to choose their torture. If you can set it up correctly Capsize or Beast Within will eliminate an opponents land base, and Reality Shift can exile an entire library if you can repeatedly cast it.

In play test it can cast Villainous Wealth for 18 X on turn 5 with paradox engine on the field. It needs better dig but I gotta kill some loved ones namely Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury.
