Most of the cards are self-explanatory. I don't have many Islands because I want to be able to cast my ramp spells reliably early in the match. I can just grab the Islands with them. Scour from Existence was included to deal with cards like Purphoros, God of the Forge in the event that it slips past the counterspells. Knowledge Exploitation is usually used to steal a wrath. There is room for more nonbasic lands, but I chose to limit how many I have so that I have plenty of basic lands to fetch. There's some room for improvement in the deck, but it still does well in my casual meta. It struggles against token decks, enchantment decks, and especially artifact decks.
