This is a budget version of Mana Flooding is a good thing?!?!. You can read the primer for this deck there in order to learn how to play it. To keep this deck budget friendly; I decided to build it for Pauper commander.

As far as gameplay is concerned, this deck is a bit slower than the original, but still does an effective job of consistently accumulating landfall triggers. The average CMC is not that much higher than the original as well at ~2.6, so you'll still be able to consistently cast spells on time with this list.
