A Peasant EDH/Commander Deck is a 100 cards singleton deck that features commons only, with the exception of 7 uncommons and 1 Commander that may be an uncommon. But these rules tend to vary!

Peasant EDH is a very nice alternative to Pauper EDH, as it is still very close to it, yet has a refreshing, slightly higher power level.

This deck kills all of its opponents at the same time and gains a ton of life along the way. Ramp, play some fatties, give them lifelink and drain for the win is the basic strategy. Additionally, Black and White offer great removal.
