Everyone loves being taxed for everything they do, and the slow slog of bureaucracy, and that's just what this deck embodies. Taxes is making opponents pay life for casting spells, extorting them when I cast spells, and even draining more life when I gain it. Their pain is my gain!

Bureaucracy is bidding time, pillow forting up, anf incentivizing opponents to send their attacks else where.

This deck is largely about the politics, convincing players that you're not a huge threat, just simply there to keep a good balance, when really they need to be afraid of the other opponents that keep attacking them (nevermind my convincing them to do so) and all the while I slowly drain them for their life and reap the rewards in turn, but I make sure to have outlets to spend it so no one catches on to the game.

The deck is a work in progress going through play testing to see what works and what doesn't and is somewhat of a budget deck. The deck will be updated as changes are made, and something don't have a category in the deck right now, which means I haven't found a purpose for the cards.
