I am a teacher. I started playing a week ago when my students found out I owned some cards and demanded I sponsor a Magic club at school (I happened to mention that I bought some cards in 1999 because I liked the art).

Therefore, I have very little idea of what I'm doing. I bought some more cards so I could play a BU deck with the kids. Right now I have 70 cards and would like to pare it down to 60. I need your help.

I have tested this deck against the pre-built Eldrazi and Zendikar decks, with mixed success. This deck beats Zendikar sometimes, but never beats Eldrazi.

Help me eliminate 10 cards from this so that I can hit my best cards faster and more often. My strategy is to take advantage of Prowess and enchantment effects.

I didn't mix any Eldrazi or Zendikar cards in here, but if you think I should, feel free to let me know. As a teacher, I fully understand how frustrating it can be to teach something to someone when it seems so obvious to you, but I ask you to please be patient with me. Thanks for your time.
