I think Icebreaker Kraken is really swell, so here's a deck with it. I find it to be pretty effective.
Maybe could use more Consuming Tide but I only have 2 in-game right now.
The idea is that Study Break allows you to tap creatures down for the Kraken to attacken. That is the lesson here, the Kraken.. attacken. The Learn cards can fetch other inferior lessons though, like Teachings of the Archaics. Teachings can be great in this deck because there is a lot of bounce spells (especially Consuming Tide) and Faithful Mending is pretty great for looting at the cost of card advantage.
So, stall and then land some threats and use bounce and control spells to clear a path to victory.
The other really important thing to remember is that the Learn ability can be used to discard Narfi, Betrayer King instead of fetching a Lesson card. Narfi is a strong recursive threat that can dodge removal and support the instant-speed interaction. There is no black mana in this deck, so he must be discarded and returned from the grave.
I like Dragon Turtle and it could probably come in useful with Consuming Tide and a Kraken on the field, but I've never really gotten to that point of the game without it being overkill.
Draw cards, keep the opponent fuming as possible, Kraken. That's the idea.
In thinking about the sideboard, I wonder what match-ups would present a problem. Control seems like it may be a concern, because we have ~18 creature-based control spells in the mainboard, but the general idea here is that our looting theme will allow us to pitch cards we don't need. We also have Narfi and Faceless Haven in the mainboard which are doing work against control. I'm not sure if it would be worth substituting Study Break for Teachings, or if the critical mass of looting effects is more important than the mana efficiency.
