I think we should +Morgue Burst and -Fatal Fumes because the former is more playable than other. Plus morgue burst can hit player and creature and save one of our bombs. Its better removal unless you guys are worried about the mana cost.

Protect / Serve Someone is going to be happy to see that if we pass it.
And we're not playing anything else in this pack.

Good morning gents, sorry for my absence. I'll vote for Phytoburst . While it is mediocre at sorcery speed, it still forces them to do SOMETHING or take five extra to the face.

Yeah, i agree with TheSeventhNinja. i don't see us playing a second Phytoburst if we even play the first. I think we should hate draft the Protect / Serve . Its not the best fuse card but its still a decent combat trick for those colors and will ruin our day if we get blown out by it. Plus, there's been quite a few passed now and whoever is getting them is probably pretty happy. Protect / Serve does get better in multiples. It will be pretty good with whoever is picking up all those 2/2 hounds. Idk its just my thoughts.

Also, how many swamps do you guys think we should play? We got quite a few black creatures wanna make sure we can play them at least the first one on turn 4.

Logic wins! Change vote to hatedraft Protect and Serve

I like the hatedraft. Seems worthwhile.
Not sure on land numbers myself, I just put some up to fill space. We're definite on 18 right?

The lands awesome.
7 green sources - 8 red sources - 6 black sources - 4 white sources
Maybe take out Weapon Surge or Rot Farm Skeleton for Rakdos Cluestone , but that's just me wanting to be consistent.

I would also acquiesce to the hate-pick, as the logic was much more thought out than my original comment.

Yeah, I'm cool with hatedrafting the Protect / Serve . Though I think we should definitely mainboard one Sinister Possession over a Hired Torturer . I think Sinister Possession is just better. At times, it's a Pacifism on a small creature. On a large creature, it's a pseudo-Stab Wound . I definitely think it's a better card than a 2/3 defender for 3 with a mediocre ability.

And I'd like to say that I really like the group of drafters we have here. We seem much more open to discussion and logical reasoning than I was expecting. Bravo everyone. It's made this drafting experience so much better.

Part of me wants to take Awe for the Guilds just as a screwjob swingout button that we'll never board in.
There is nothing left to take in anything, I'd imagine.

One of the Cluestones or Gatekeeper. Not playing them, just best cards in pack.

I would hatedraft (or even possibly use, who knows) the Boros Cluestone

I'm going to vote for Awe for the Guilds on the off chance that we'll actually want to board it in against someone with a lot of monocolored creatures.

Maybe the gatekeepers since it is a creature? Don't want anyone to have a gift like that this late in the draft. _

Hm, Frostblade makes a point... hard to just let dudes fly by. More haterade?

Nice job with the deck building - no suggestions from me.
