Combat tricks are a fun archetype for a commander deck, and Ninjutsu decks are among the top tier of combat tricks. However, Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is a commander that's kind of overused, so here's a deck that works really well without her at all, plus we get access to the color {R}. Basically we want our commander Goro-Goro and Satoru (MOC:448 on the board, then we want to attack with either hasty creatures that just entered the battlefield this turn (such as Phoenix Chick or Tin Street Dodger) or use ninjutsu abilities (from sources like Ninja of the Deep Hours or Throat Slitter) to do combat tricks with evasive unlockable creatures (such as Slither Blade or Invisible Stalker). We also can make hasty bodies each turn with Lagomos, Hand of Hatred and Rite of the Raging Storm, can make everything hasty with Urabrask the Hidden and Rising of the Day, and we have some card advantage with Satoru, the Infiltrator and Rhystic Study.
