T.M.N.F is pretty much what you'd think it is (it's fairies that mutate into ninjas, but sadly I've found no way to include Master Biomancer). Mixing up Faeries and Ninja to beat and control your opponent.

Attack with your faeries, ninjitsu in your ninja, and return cards cards such as Glen Elendra Archmage and Spellstutter Sprite to counter spells again and again.

The deck really does pull a happy face once Higure, the Still Wind turns up, and he'll let you tutor up a suitable ninja to solve many threats (remember that Nameless Inversion is a ninja).

Finally, what better planeswalker could there be than Kamigawa's own Tamiyo, the Moon Sage. Great at tapping down land and threats, while your ninjas attack and trigger their abilities.

Against annoying new cards there's a sideboard of specific pain to switch into the deck to deal with threats.
