This casual Oathbreaker deck synergises with Teferi, Hero of Dominaria in two ways; first, making use of his first ability to slow down your opponent with cheap counterspells like Counterspell, and then generating value off of his Emblem using massive card draw like Finale of Revelation. Effects that mimic his Emblem are also used, like Hoofprints of the Stag, Chasm Skulker, and more. Due to budgetary issues, the land base is not particularly strong, and X-cost card draws spells are limited.
