Teferi + Chain Veil Loop:

1. Chain Veil + Teferi + 3 mana permanents that can be tapped to create at least 4U.
2. -1 Teferi, untapping your 3 mana permanents to add 4U to your mana pool.
3. Use 4 mana to activate The Chain Veil. U in pool. 1 extra Planeswalker activation.
4. -1 Teferi, untapping your 3 mana permanents and The Chain Veil.
5. Repeat the above loop until Teferi dies, leaving you with 4UUUUU in your mana pool and 4 extra planeswalker activations.
6. Use 4UUUU to recast Teferi.
7. +1 Teferi 4 times to draw 4 cards.
8. Repeat the Chain Veil Teferi loop from steps 2-4 to generate create 9 extra planeswalker activations and 4 colorless and 9 blue mana, which is more than enough to recast Teferi.
9. Repeat the loop from steps 2-8 to draw your deck, create infinite mana, and have infinite Planeswalker activations. Note that you can +1 Teferi even if your deck is empty since it doesn't actually draw a card.
10. At this point you can either Blue Sun's Zenith each player to death or use Codex Shredder to mill everyone to death.
