Take 2 on my mono-blue Teferi deck. This is one of the first EDH decks I ever built, and it's a lot of fun. I built it because Teferi has the coolest lore, he;s like the Doctor but from MTG. The win-con involves using the Chain Veil and Teferi's ability to repeatedly untap mana rocks and create enough mana to start milling people to death with Blue Sun's Zenith and other similar cards.
