Quick History: I built this deck originally for French but with a different Commander about a year and a half ago before I swapped generals. This deck underwent massive changes and before you know it, I latched onto the idea of building a monoblue control deck with the intent of helping to improve others decks and ideas.

This deck is basically a combination of Control and Stax cards but without the extra turn cards or without anyway to regain life back..... Thankfully It's very simple in design (only after I hit upon the direction of this deck) ; and after spending hours and hours of time on it, I can honestly say it's one of the finest Blue decks I've ever built- of an original design.

This deck is designed to improve other decks, not to win. You either keep the opponent locked down, or you lose. It's as simple as that.
