A fairly straightforward nope stack with an unbeatable finisher.

Flex slots are Azor (I just really like him), Wizards Retort (packing more counters for baral matchups til he gets banned), Dovin (cool but just ok) and Insidious Will (has its moments, but mostly a 4cmc counter).

Possible Includes: Mirari Conjecture (usually want to spent t5 casting teferi though), Precognition Field (seems like it might be a bit of a 'win more' card) and Gideon (t3 double white is rough, and i dont know if i really Need him).

Had mixed feelings about Raff until i flashed in my commander on the OPs end step, hes a boss. also 3/3 flash flyer is beat by himself.

Basically just survive the early game, get Teferi down on an empty board ASAP and start ticking up. The ultimate is autowin. Also got Nezahal/Azor as back up win con, just in case.
