Basically, everytime you draw, Chasm Skulker grows, andSphinx's Tutelage trips. To add to the growth of the squid and the tripping of the sphinx, we have Teferi's Puzzle Box which gives crazy draws. Consider Fathom Mage and Vorel of the Hull Clade as well, doubling the amount of cards that you draw every time you use vorel's ability on fathom mage. Chronomaton Chasm Skulker will also help you with huge draws from Fathom Mage using Bioshift, and I imagine with a big enough squid, it's possible to mill yourself by drawing your deck, and more bioshifts while you mill your opponent with Sphinx's Tutelage at the same time.

also Fog, because it seems like 1 turn of not taking damage is all it takes with this sort of deck
