Flux Channeler can let you ult Teferi more easily. Luminarch Ascension is another win con and can work with Flux Channeler and Protection. In general, the other cards are there to ramp out the combo and protect the combo via taxation effects, preventing attacks and countering spells. The board wipes are there for when the board is flooded and you just need to clear it to not die or to protect Teferi.

I have not had a chance to play this deck in paper so there are probably many ways it can be improved. This is more of a starting place for how I envisioned the deck rather than the final say.
