Teferi is out to play and he's just super good. Not only will he access the standard blue counter spells to keep the game in his favor, but he will also tap into some of the most broken cards made for the color such as Enter the Infinite + Omniscience, and Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant.

Anyway, this deck is my baby. I like to play defensively and use the potent mana rocks in here to ramp me up to casting my commander which abuses those rocks by generating loads of mana each turn. This enables me to protect my general and play defensively until I have access to one of my bombs which typically wins me the game in short order.

This deck is just super powerful and really fun to play with a simple win condition that typically doesn't take too long to carry out. Mono-blue at its best.
