Tempered Steel Infect

My "Modern" take on Mono-White Tempered Steel Infect; an archetype not seen since the 2011 Zendikar/Scars of Mirrodin -era of Standard.

  • Ichorclaw Myr: A familiar staple that makes opponents think twice about blocking..

  • Necropede: FEAR THE NECROPENIS!!! lulz...

  • Plague Myr: ...and then this little piggy also doubles as a mana-dork if necessary..

  • Contagion Clasp: Proliferate for card advantage!

  • Corpse Cur: This expensive little bear earns it's keep by generating card advantage in the form of creature recurrence.. (Because there is plenty of creature hate in Modern..)

  • Core Prowler: This one is to put the opponent(s) into a potential 'Catch-22'-esque situation.

  • Ethereal Armor: Keep this one in mind when considering the shear amount of enchantments here...

  • All That Glitters: Also keep in mind that almost everything that isn't an Enchantment, is an Artifact...

  • Tempered Steel: The flavorful star anthem that turns my otherwise lackluster creatures into solid game enders.. And things get even more out of hand when multiples are out.. Having two out turns Inkmoth Nexus& friends into 5/5's.. Nuff' said...
