Out-tempo your opponent by summoning threats quicker then your enemy can remove them, even against control you will maintain a good board control and towards aggro decks you should do fine as well, since they can't chump block your [predator ooze] (asuming you have one), also you can sideboard in ratchet bomb to wipe their board xD

I would however say it's weaker towards combo decks unless they fizzle or draw bad, since this deck start maintaining board control and "go-off" at round 3-4, asuming you mulligan wisely :3

PS: Another tip is to NEVER EVER use Life's Legacy when the opponent has mana for answeres, i replaced some cards to fitt in Autumn's Veil if you REALLY have to use Life's Legacy (If you use life's legacy and it gets countered, you still have to sacrifice the creature, but no cards are drawn)

I've playetested this and it looks very good so far, although the real test will be to proxy it and take it to a convention on wednsday, i will do an update when i got the results :)
