This is a Control deck much like that of Jeskai Nahiri. Unlike Jeskai, Temur relies on using Eldritch Evolution on Hooting Mandrills to get Griselbrand. The game plan is to control the game until you can delve Mandrils onto the battle field and eventually evolution it. You do not have to win with Griselbrand though. You can win with just the mandrills and the Savage Knuckleblade. Because both Hooting Mandrills and Savage Knuckleblade have 4 power/toughness they do not die to Anger of the Gods and also turn on Stubborn Denial. Honestly just kind of threw the lands together but I have play tested the deck a lot and haven't had too much of a problem. Any suggestions for change there are welcome. The same goes for the sideboard. Overall I have always liked Griselbrand and wanted to win with it and this deck allows you to do just that while also controlling the game to make sure Griselbrand comes through with the KO. Once he's on the field you can basically just draw for a counter to whatever they try to beat him with.
