Ze_Geuse81: Yisan, the Wanderer Bard is pretty cool! I'll definitely consider him! :D

Look at my temur build. Its in testing and it is angry. Absolutely run kiora, it's mega card adv. With courser. Chord is better than see the unwritten for three reasons: 1, it's INSTANT, 2, it's way easier to play tricks with ie clever impersonator, highly suggested btw. The synergy with casting instant speed target nonland permanent on the field from your deck for 7 is really solid, and 3, IT. IS. INSTANT. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/03-09-14-GdK-temur/

For reference, it's not uncommon for me to play half the deck in a game.

Also, the way I have my deck designed, the prophet has sooo much prot. First of all, I have 3 clever impersonator. Since its flash, it's an easy prot. Then there is chord, which fishes for the impersonator, and lastly genesis hydra. By this point in the game your hydra should be seeing play for 7 or so... this gives you an opportunity to hit either another solid beater, Ie Stormbreath, or impersonator to save prophet. Also with ascendancy and courser you gain the option to trigger the draw if you like it before the hydra resolves and causes deck shuffle, all at instant speed. If you can't save prophet on seeing impersonator out of a huge chunk of cards, which has nearly never happened to me, then he fizzles. But he's a 1 of in my build because although he causes combomania he does not dictate the outcome of the game and having him for even 1 turn in this style of deck puts you so far ahead it doesn't even matter after that. As for countering him, the SB can be there to protect him. But again as a 1x he doesn't kill your whole game plan. Another thing with clever impersonator is his combo with knuckleblade. He can come into play, be midrange fatty for you until you see the Elspeth or sarkhan hit play by opponent, then bounce back up and be ready to copy whatever leverage the opposition thought it had over you. So strong.

I think you are too fast for Frontier Bivouac . Hitting all those mana dorks without waiting makes this deck too fast and powerful for a lot to handle. I tested our decks together multiple times, and the only time mine won was from a double Deflecting Palm on your Xenagos, God of Revels swinging for twelve. Swan Song will kick ass against Deflecting Palm, but Negate can hit planeswalkers. The Temur Ascendancy card advantage was killer in testing. I honestly cant figure out how I feel about Crater's Claws . It seems like it might be decent, but you might not need it. The only other cards I think about are Reclamation Sage instead of Unravel the Aether , and if burn is at all a thing then Nylea's Disciple is pretty important. Overall, the deck is super solid!

TheLouie57: That Savage Knuckleblade and Clever Impersonator combo is killer! And yes, Prophet of Kruphix will always have a place in my heart and could happen to sneak into the deck... :) Kiora, the Crashing Wave is fantastic as well. With the spoiling of Temur Charm and Adamant Negation, the main deck is getting SUPER tight with what I can add... I will do my best! Thank you :)

ockius: Thank you so much :D Swan Song is becoming Adamant Negation so I can counter early Thoughtseize while being able to counter walkers, wipes and removal in the late game. Reclamation Sage is sweet but I thing I'll stick with the Unravel... thanks again!

Ze_Geuse81: Thanks for the suggestion! Kruphix, God of Horizons is a baller for sure, but would probably be better in a hydra strategy :) Still love it though! :)

Hey man, love the deck. Looking at playing Temur Monsters post RTR myself and from playtesting this deck I REALLY liked opting out the 3x Temur Ascendancy which seems like a harder to cast glorified Hammer of Purphoros that's harder to cast and added in 2x Chandra, Pyromaster and a singleton Kiora, the Crashing Wave Chandra is nasty in a monster deck and Kiora is just annoying. Anyways, I ran the rest of the list the same and loved it, just my preference I suppose but worth a shot .

Woops, didn't mean to add "harder to cast" in there twice, my bad! Oh, and +1 from me c:

Prehstun: Haha you're bringing back memories! This deck used to be quite Superfriendsy with Sarkhan, Kiora, Chandra, and Xenagos before I switched it to monsters. There is some amazing synergy between Thassa, God of the Sea , Keranos, God of Storms , Courser of Kruphix , Chandra, Pyromaster , Temur Ascendancy and Kiora, the Crashing Wave . This deck may take another shift like that in the near future to get some middle-ground between the two versions. Thanks! :D

+1 love the deck.

I don't agree with see the unwritten for this list ... I think it's much better to run Genesis Hydra . For the same casting cost as see the unwritten, you're getting a 4/4 hydra and likely another creature, and you don't lose the creatures you miss out on. This deck doesn't want things in the graveyard, it wants threats on the board. You're doing your opponent a favor the more creatures you get rid of. Genesis hydra and Chord of Calling will get you anything you want.

Chord of Calling is perfect for this deck, and as you mentioned in a previous post, it's about EoT interaction.

I'm currently running a G/u shell, that I will most likely take temur post rotation: G/u Devoted Prophet ... I'm really interested to see what we get in KtK, but stormbreath and sagu mauler look just plain nasty in this list.

Back to Nature might be an inclusion in sb for mirror matches ... or if constellation becomes a big thing, but that's impossible to say until you see what decks start coming out in the next month.

forgot to mention that I originally centered my deck around Yisan, but even with Kiora's Follower + Prophet of Kruphix it was only good when I had it exactly at the right time, and I found that the deck was much stronger without it. Yisan is a cool card, and a great trick, but when it fails, it fails hard.

Genesis Hydra is a must have for this deck. Not including the sideboard, you can play everything off it.

Too many 3 drops!!! Haha how many Temur Charm should be in here? And should Sylvan Caryatid leave? :(

September 10, 2014 6:48 p.m.

Sylvan Caryatid leaving? Let's see. Almost un killable to spot removal, wards off aggro, and stops Goblin Rabblemaster Effectively.

HyperAggroFreak: You're completely right :) I just don't know what to take out for Surrak Dragonclaw and Temur Charm ! D:

lots of mana dorks try cutting some for what u need

September 10, 2014 7:22 p.m.

It honestly depends on what you need. Rattleclaw Mystic Might be something to take out, but, I'm planning on running Jeskai, so what do I know? How I see Rattleclaw Mystic is the following= A worse version of Sylvan Caryatid , and only gets you one additional mana if your morph it.

You're underestimating Savage Knuckleblade . Easily the best creature in the colors imo.
