Playing some cards for competitive modern. I decided to brew this deck because I love Temur, and I really wanted to play fun cards. And so this is what I built.

Threats Show

1 Elder Deep-Fiend - Very useful in a lot of matchups, and a good card for making my mana dorks not useless in the late game.

2 Frost Titan- Playing a Frosty on t4-5 is very powerful, especially if I can catch my opponent on 3-4 land. Only easy way to remove Titan is Path to Exile, and I have some counters for that.

2 Inferno Titan- Hotcakes is a very powerful card. If it doesn't stick around, I'll still have probably killed at least something. Even a bolt to the dome is okay. It's also a mainboard sweeper (generally) and a must answer threat.

1 Huntmaster of the Fells  - Gains some life, gets a doge, and can carry a game occasionally.

3 Tireless Tracker- This card is amazing. It represents a decent clock, and turns my lands/Farseek into better cards.

2 Scavenging Ooze- Mainboard grave hate and can snowball into a massive ooze. Incidental lifegain also is great.

Draw Show

4 Serum Visions- There honestly aren't better draw spells in modern. And this card sucks.

Counter Show

4 Remand- Probably a top 3 counterspell in modern. The tempo on the card is pretty insane, and the draw portion is great.

2 Mana Leak- Nice counterspell, but drawing too many is bad. Keeping it at 2 makes me not flood with them.

Ramp Show

Not much to be said here, but Farseek puts opponents prepping for Scapeshift, and Sylvan Caryatid stalls pretty much all early aggro. Birds of Paradise is just good.

Removal Show

4 Lightning Bolt- Anything to say here? No? No.

2 Sudden Shock- Good for better game against affinity, infect, and some other matchups for game 1. It tends to be fine in other matchups.

Sideboard Show

1x Thragtusk- Mainly lifegain against bigger

1x Trickbind/Voidslime- These are weird cards that I bring in for certain matchups. They have uses.

1x Ruric Thar, the Unbowed- Mostly a placeholder card.

1x Engineered Explosives- Really good against Death's Shadow zoo and some other minor matchups.

2x Pyroclasm- Great for matchups with smol dudes (elves, infect, etc.)

2x Relic of Progenitus- Used against decks with grave interaction (Living End, Dredge, Gifts, etc.).

1x Shatterstorm- Basically my main affinity hate, but it can hit some less common matchups.

1x Courser of Kruphix- Mostly another placeholder.

1x Grafdigger's Cage- Good against Dredge, Kiki-chord, Jeskai Nahiri and other decks.

1x Torpor Orb- Important against Coco-type decks and some other decks.

1x Electrolyze- Good for token matchups, but also helps when I need a little bit more burn.

1x Hurkyl's Recall- Another piece of affinity hate.
