Deck Decision: I believe that with the recent unbannings and the theoretical shift to a more midrange-centric Modern metagame, with the prevalence of Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Bloodbraid Jund, a deck like this is positioned to pressure and out grind those decks, while having roughly even matchups with Burn and Zoo. I think the deck is a little weak to Storm, although it is winnable and is likely 40-60 against Shadow-based decks and Scapeshift.

Card Decisions: Comment below if you want to discuss the specifics of a particular card choice, but for now, I wanted to highlight some of the more unusual ones, which I have a high conviction about.

2x Blood Moon - I am noting this card simply to address the number of copies in the mainboard. I am against playing 4 as redundant copies are generally blanks, but am uncertain that 2 is enough despite all of the card draw and reach with Bloodbraid Elf. It is one of the best ways for the deck to interact with opponents.

2x Izzet Charm - Card is great, exactly what this deck needs. Makes up for its slight lack of power with utility. Important to have some countermagic in the mainboard that isn't dead to cascade triggers.

1x Supreme Will - Haven't test this card much so the jury is still out on it. Could perhaps be better served as a 3rd Izzet Charm or a 3rd Blood Moon. Seems fine to dig and can counter creatures as well (important for our worse matchups).

2x Spreading Seas - This deck is strong to tron, as it has a somewhat quick clock and slows them down significantly. In general it is strong game against any assortment of powerful lands in modern. In the oddest of scenarios, you can even enchant a fetchland post Blood Moon to help get the Cryptic Command mana up, if you were unable to prepare accordingly.

4x Search for Tomorrow - I think this is the card that sticks out the most, but in my mind, is by far the best ramp spell to be playing in this deck. Most of the time, were fetching basics regardless and Search lets us do this post Blood Moon with ease. The mana comes in untapped which is relevant and its perpetuates value with cards like Tireless Tracker. You can often slam Bloodbraid turn 3 and a card like this is more reliable then mana dorks (Lightning Bolt = well-positioned).
