Hi guys! I've recently made this Tribal Dragons Temur Modern Deck! So, let me explain how its work.
Mana Accel:
I chose Bird of Paradise, because it was a 1-drop creature that can give me an all-colored mana.
Rattleclaw Mystic
was here because, "budgetly", it can give me a green, red or, blue mana for a few CMC.
Sylvan Caryatid
was just a perfect early-game creature that can give me a all-colored mana and can't be targeted by opponents. I took
Dragonlord's Servant
to reduce the CMC of Dragon spells, so it let you casting more Dragons at the same time!
Lands:
I especially play red mana, thus that is why i chose
Wooded Foothills
as my fetchland. With them, you can search for
Stomping Ground
or
Steam Vents
. Whenever you play
Rootbound Crag
or
Sulfur Falls
, they came untapped unto the battlefield! I also took
Frontier Bivouac
because it give me a green, red or blue mana.
Enchantments:
Asceticism
was here because of is hexproof ability on all my creatures, and also for regenerating my creatures if they are destroyed. I ran a Dragon Tribal Deck, so most of all my creature are Dragons. And with
Dragon Tempest
, they gain haste and deals a lots of damages if a had many Dragons in play.
Temur Ascendancy
was here for his last ability.
Spells:
With a majority of creatures with power 4 or greater,
Stubborn Denial
was the best non-creature counterspell to run.
Planeswalker:
Because "Dragon Tribal deck",
Sarkhan Unbroken
make your life a lot easier! Cards draw, mana accel, his first ability is really broken. Then, his second ability let you... make more and more Dragons!!! Then, he let you searching for as many Dragons creatures you want in your library, and putting them unto the battlefield! With
Dragon Tempest
or
Temur Ascendancy
, you could use them immediatly!
Creatures:
Atarka, World Render
give double strike to all of your attacking Dragons.
Balefire Dragon
cause a lot of damage to your opponent's creatures. with
Dragon Broodmother
, you're sure that a Dragon will enter the battefield each turn, and you can create Dragons with high power after a couple of turn. After having six or more lands,
Dragonmaster Outcast
let you having a 5/5 re Dragon with flying at the beginning of your upkeep.
Icefall Regent
was here to give you the ability to deny a opponent's creature that can deals you lots of damages. A card like
Prophet of Kruphix
is broken, especially with creatures with great power and toughtness.
Savage Ventmaw
give you RRRGGG each time he was attacking.
Scourge of Valkas
had the same effect as
Dragon Tempest
, so just more damage.
Thunderbreak Regent
deals 3 damages to your opponents each times they target one of your Dragons. And
Utvara Hellkite
let you putting a 6/6 red Dragons each time a Dragon you control attack.
So, I think I don't forget anything. Don't hesitate to leave a comment, tips and/or your opinion about my deck. And upvote if you want.
This deck wasn't be tested, so it could be unbalanced or something like that.
