@Nefferean That is because the deck that I built this to destroy puts all its eggs in one basket, which is to say puts one creature on the field then enchants it a lot, triggering heroic for counters. So I make them mill.

Also, if you're going to suggest a 3-drop de-buff, why not just kill it with Murder?

So just to go completely out there you should add Mutagenic Growth and Temur Battle Rage. Would go nuts in this deck!
Nice looking brew though. +1

Maltanis I rejected your suggestion of Mutagenic Growth at first, but looking back I see how viable it actually is and will for sure have to consider adding it here

I've now noticed that this made turn 4 wins a possibility

You could use the land called Arena as a one or two of. It makes em dead or deathly poisoned, freeing up your blockers too.

If you're trying to hate out a specific deck, then Sadistic Sacrament could be a solid alternative to Memoricide..

I considered Sadistic Sacrament, but there's one card in particular that beats me almost every time it's played, and there's four of it. So sacrament doesn't work.

why is throne of geth good? wouldnt Contagion Clasp be a little better?

Contagion clasp is better, but not for aggro when you need all your mana for burn, buff, and more creatures

In that case; have you ever considered Witchbane Orb?

I have, and I decided that Memoricide was more flexible, so I'm using it instead

That makes sense..
So what what kind of Heroic deck exactly is your friend running? For some reason I thought it was something of the u/w variety, but obviously that isn't the case here. I'm just asking because you mention building this to combat "a specific heroic deck", but you don't get any more 'specific' than that. Listing say--the color(s) they're running, along with any particular cards (such as Burn at the Stake) and/or combinations that specifically tend to give you trouble. That way those of us on T/O can look at your decklist's description and can easily infer as to what you're actually trying to achieve, and therefore be able to make more meaningful suggestions based on your particular meta.. :)

Sorry I misled you, I failed to mention that I was talking about a different deck with Burn at the Stake. You were correct in assuming u/w, this deck did its job very well there, but I realized the potential of infect, so I'm including things to deal with (almost) everything. Burn at the stake is in a r/w humans deck

Why Grisly Spectacle over something like Dismember?
