So, how things work with Teshar is that we want to be able sacrifice one piece of value and at the same time recur another value piece back to our hand.

When we then cast the one value piece we got back to our hand, we may put a creature onto the battlefield through Teshars triggered ability, and repeat the process.

And since Teshar only recurrs creatures, it is vital for most of the loops that the value pieces we run are creatures.
